Pre-Order & Reservation Terms

Your reservation and product price

A $99 reservation payment, plus any applicable sales tax, reserves your interest in purchasing one Breethr P1. It is credited against the $1,299 product purchase price. The remaining product balance is $1,200, plus all applicable sales tax not already collected. Standard shipping to the contiguous United States is included in the product price.

You will receive an email confirming your reservation and identifying your reservation number. The $99 is refundable until we confirm your shipping date, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Residency offer: customers who reserve through Breethr's collaboration with The Residency and apply a valid Residency coupon at checkout receive a $300 discount, for a purchase price of $999. The $99 reservation deposit is unchanged, and the remaining balance is $900, plus all applicable sales tax not already collected. The offer is limited to the first 100 units reserved with a valid coupon, one coupon per unit. Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value. All other terms in this policy apply unchanged.

Paying the balance

Shortly before your individual P1 unit is ready to ship, we will email you instructions to pay the remaining $1,200 balance, plus all applicable sales tax not already collected. We will state any applicable payment deadline and the complete amount due. The remaining balance will not be charged without your separate authorization.

If you decide not to proceed, you may cancel for a full refund of payments collected until we confirm your shipping date. If you do not pay by a stated deadline, we may contact you about completing the order and may cancel the reservation after appropriate notice; any unshipped deposit or payment will remain refundable.

Shipping plans and changes

Initial P1 shipments are scheduled to begin in March 2027. Your individual unit may ship later, and its shipment estimate will be provided in your order communications. We will notify you of any material changes to the shipping schedule and explain your cancellation and refund options.

P1 specifications may be refined before production. If a material change affects the product you reserved, we will inform you and provide the opportunity to cancel before shipment for a full refund.

No automatic subscriptions

The $99 reservation payment does not, by itself, enroll you in a paid subscription. Any future optional subscription or paid connected service would require separate disclosure and authorization.
