Breethr HQ, Inc., with its mailing address at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713 ('Breethr', 'we' or 'us') provides the Breethr website, P1 reservations and purchases, customer accounts, mobile app and connected climate-control services. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use those services.

Information we collect

Contact and account data: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, login credentials and customer support messages.

Order and transaction data: reservation number, purchase history, payment status, taxes, shipment and return records. Payment-card details may be handled by our payment processor rather than stored directly by Breethr.

Connected P1 data: device identifiers, sensor readings, climate settings, operating state, diagnostics, error logs and software or firmware information transmitted from P1 to Breethr servers as part of connected operation. Air-quality readings are collected at the account level, meaning they are associated with your Breethr account.

Digital-service data: browser and device identifiers, IP address, page visits, app events and data from essential cookies needed to operate the website. We do not use advertising or analytics pixels, and we do not share your website activity with advertising or analytics providers.

How we use information

We use information to confirm and fulfill reservations, collect payments, arrange deliveries, support installations, honor returns and warranties, operate connected features, monitor product health, diagnose problems, improve safety and performance, protect against misuse, comply with legal obligations and communicate important service information.

We may send promotional messages when permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the links provided, without losing required transaction and service communications.

Sharing and processors

We share information with service providers supporting payment processing, cloud hosting, connected devices, customer support, shipping and security. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies, choice and state privacy rights

We use only essential cookies needed to operate the website, keep your account secure and complete reservations and purchases. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Depending on your state and applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, port or limit certain uses of your information. To submit a request, email support@breethr.com. We will verify and respond to requests according to applicable law.

Data retention, security and international processing

We retain account and order information for as long as reasonably needed to provide purchased products and services, manage customer relationships and warranties, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Device sensor readings and diagnostics are retained according to their purpose, including operating connected features, troubleshooting, service support and security, and are deleted or de-identified when no longer reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable legal requirements. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. We use contractual and technical safeguards for international data processing where required.

Children and updates

Our online purchasing services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We will update this notice when our practices materially change and provide any additional notice required by law.
