Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before your shipping date is confirmed

You may cancel your Breethr P1 order at any time until we email you to confirm your unit's shipping date. We will refund your $99 reservation deposit, and any balance already paid, in full, including any applicable sales tax paid. Once your shipping date has been confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except that your deposit will be refunded if the balance is not paid, as described in our Pre-Order & Reservation Terms, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

To cancel, contact support@breethr.com with your reservation or order number. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method promptly in accordance with applicable law. The time it takes for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider.

Returns after delivery

Returns after delivery are not accepted for change of mind or any reason other than a manufacturing defect. If your P1 has a manufacturing defect, contact support@breethr.com. Breethr support will assess the defect and repair the product; if it cannot be repaired, we will replace it. Defect claims are handled under the Breethr Limited Warranty.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

If your P1 arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from your order, contact us promptly. We will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include missing parts, repair or, where repair is not possible, replacement, consistent with applicable law and the Breethr Limited Warranty. Breethr will bear all associated costs, including return and replacement shipping, removal and reinstallation.

Refund processing

For an eligible cancellation, we will issue the refund to the original payment method promptly, in accordance with applicable law. Applicable sales tax will be refunded as required by law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
