Website & Connected Services Terms

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern the Breethr website, online customer accounts, mobile applications and connected services provided by Breethr HQ, Inc., 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713. You must be at least 18 to purchase or reserve a product. By using our online services you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Orders and payment

P1 reservations, payments, cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable checkout disclosures, Pre-Order & Reservation Terms, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. P1 retails for $1,299 excluding applicable sales tax; the $99 refundable reservation deposit is credited toward that amount and the remaining $1,200 product balance is requested by email before shipment. Discounted pricing for customers reserving through The Residency, where a valid coupon applies, is described in the Pre-Order & Reservation Terms.

You must provide accurate billing, shipping and account information. We may decline or cancel fraudulent or otherwise improper transactions, with any legally required refund.

Accounts, apps and connected features

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Breethr may provide app, firmware and cloud-service updates to maintain security, compatibility and performance. Some connected functions require an internet connection. We may make reasonable technical changes, subject to existing purchase commitments, disclosures and applicable law.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware or misuse the services unlawfully. Breethr and its licensors retain rights in their trademarks, software, product content and designs. We grant you a limited license to use the supplied software and app for lawful operation of your Breethr product, subject to applicable license terms.

Product safety, warranty and liability

Follow product installation, operating and safety requirements. P1 hardware warranty coverage is described in the Breethr Limited Warranty. Any legal limitations or exclusions of liability will apply only to the extent allowed by law and will not override non-waivable consumer rights or remedies.

Third parties, changes and governing law

Our services may involve payment processors, app stores and logistics providers with their own applicable terms. We may update these Terms as our services evolve, with notice where required. Disputes are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your state. You may contact us at support@breethr.com if you need assistance resolving a concern.
