Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping region and price

Breethr P1 is available for orders shipping to addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and international destinations are not currently included unless we expressly state otherwise. Standard outbound shipping is included in the $1,299 retail price. Applicable sales tax is additional and will be disclosed before final payment.

Expected shipment timing

The first Breethr P1 units are scheduled to begin shipping in March 2027. Orders will ship in batches, so individual shipments may take place after March. Your order-specific shipment estimate will be provided when you reserve or complete your purchase and updated as fulfillment progresses. Delivery timing will depend on the carrier and destination.

Delays and customer choice

If we expect to miss the applicable shipping period for your order, we will notify you promptly, explain the revised estimate if available, and provide the choices and refunds required by law. Where customer consent to a delay is required, we will request it. If you decline a qualifying delay or your order is cancelled because we cannot fulfill it, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the unshipped order.

Carrier tracking and receiving the product

When your order ships, we will email any available carrier and tracking details. Large or heavy parcels may require special handling or an adult recipient. Inspect your shipment when it arrives and contact us about visible damage, missing parcels or missing components as soon as reasonably practical.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact support@breethr.com before the order is dispatched. Address changes may not be possible once the carrier has accepted the shipment.
