Breethr 12-Month Limited Warranty

Who gives this warranty

This limited warranty is offered by Breethr HQ, Inc., 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, for eligible Breethr P1 products purchased from Breethr or an authorized seller in the United States.

Duration and coverage

For 12 months from the date the P1 is delivered to the original purchaser, Breethr warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use and installation performed in accordance with approved instructions.

Warranty service

To request service, contact support@breethr.com with your order number and a description of the fault. We may ask for reasonable diagnostics, photos or device-status information. Depending on the issue, Breethr may provide remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, an equivalent replacement product, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Breethr will advise whether in-home service, return shipment or replacement components are appropriate. For approved warranty claims, Breethr will cover all costs, including labor, removal, reinstallation, transport and replacement parts. Do not open electrical or refrigerant systems or perform safety-critical repairs unless qualified and legally authorized.

Exclusions

Subject to applicable law, this limited warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, improper power supply, installation contrary to product safety requirements, alterations that cause a defect, or external events. Ordinary wear, cosmetic damage and routine maintenance or replacement of consumable components, including filters where applicable, are not covered unless a manufacturing defect or applicable law requires coverage.

Use of an independent repair provider or third-party component does not automatically void this warranty. Breethr may exclude damage actually caused by an improper repair or incompatible component where permitted by law.

Legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
